Adrienne - Parent Progression Manager
My name is Adrienne Baker. I have the privilege of heading the Parent Progression Project. I am excited to be able to be part of moving this project forwards and helping as many parents as possible improve their employment situation, by supporting their journey into training, volunteering and work experience, therefore improving their family’s lives. Exeter Community Initiatives has lots of projects, and we are thrilled to be a part of the charity and the huge knowledge base that comes with that.
My team works with parents on an individual basis at their pace, whilst using the local community’s support network to help improve qualifications/skills and employment prospects. We take into account the barriers which parents may face and work with other professionals to help them overcome these issues which leaves them free to become more independent and empowered.
If you would like to know more about the project don't hesitate to contact us via this website or our Facebook page.
